Särnmark is one of Sweden's oldest companies in personal assistance, founded by the current owner in the early 1990s. We work based on a clear and stated value foundation, and our main drive is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Today, Särnmark has over 3500 employees, and our customers and staff are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's head office is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden. We are now looking for summer stars for several positions as personal assistants.

About the job as a personal assistant:

We are looking for someone who is responsible and attentive. You find it easy to follow instructions and learn new tasks.

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with disabilities in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time; your workplace is where the customer is located.

Your tasks generally involve assisting the customer so that they can live the life they wish.

Tasks:

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle; some common tasks include:

• Assistance
• Personal hygiene
• Assistance with transfers
• Household work
• Cooking
• Assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

During the summer, the work is often more varied with excursions such as swimming, concerts, or other events.

Qualifications:

Qualifications are meritorious but not a requirement.

At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and access to training about the role of a personal assistant.

About the employment:

Employment type for temporary positions – employment per hour worked.

Salary type – hourly wage

Working hours vary across different positions. Depending on the position, working hours may occur during the day, evening, and night, on weekdays and weekends.

A driver's license is not a requirement. However, for some positions, a driver's license and access to a car are required.

Salary and other employment conditions according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
